Terms for specific services are defined in a separate Agreement between you and Digital Experts. In case of conflict between these Terms and the Agreement, the Agreement prevails.

By submitting materials to us (texts, images, videos), you: - Warrant that you have all necessary rights to these materials - Grant us a non-exclusive license to use them for service delivery - Agree that materials may be processed by AI systems - Are responsible for the content of provided materials We are not responsible for user-provided content and may remove it if it violates laws or third-party rights.

When interacting with our messenger bots (Telegram, WhatsApp, Viber, Facebook Messenger): - You agree to receive messages from us - Your messages are stored for service delivery - You can unsubscribe at any time - We do not guarantee instant responses - Data processing is also governed by platform policies To opt out: send "STOP" or use the /unsubscribe command.

For free services — maximum liability is limited to 100 USD. Some jurisdictions do not allow liability limitations, so these provisions may not fully apply to you.

The website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee: - Uninterrupted website operation - Achievement of specific business results - Accuracy of AI-generated information - Compatibility with all devices - Absence of errors and vulnerabilities Marketing results depend on many factors (product, market, budget, competition) and cannot be guaranteed.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Digital Experts, its employees, contractors, and partners from any claims, damages, costs, and liabilities (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: - Your violation of these Terms - Your violation of third-party rights - User Content you provided - Your use of Services in ways not contemplated by the Terms - Your violation of applicable law This obligation survives termination of your use of our Services.

Use of Client information: By entering into an Agreement with us, you grant us the right to: - Mention you as our client - Use your logo and company name in client lists - Publish case studies about our work together (with content approval) Opt-out: You can opt out of public mention by sending a request to info@digitalexperts.tv. Opting out does not affect Service terms. Testimonials: If you provide a testimonial, we may use it in marketing materials with your name and company (if applicable).

Pre-litigation settlement: Before court proceedings, parties undertake to make good faith efforts to resolve disputes through negotiation within 30 days. Limitation period: Any claims must be filed within 1 (one) year from the date the cause of action arose.

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, illegal, or unenforceable: - That provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid - Or, if modification is not possible, will be excluded from the Terms - Remaining provisions of the Terms remain in full force and effect Invalidity of a provision in one jurisdiction does not affect its validity in other jurisdictions.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any Agreement entered into, constitute the entire agreement between you and Digital Experts. They supersede all prior understandings, representations, and agreements (oral and written) regarding the subject matter of these Terms. No oral statements by our employees can modify these Terms.

You may not assign or transfer your rights and obligations under these Terms to third parties without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations to: - Any subsidiary or affiliated company - A successor in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale - A third party with notice to you Any attempted assignment in violation of this section is void.

Failure to exercise or delay in exercising any right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right. A single waiver of any provision does not prevent its enforcement in the future. Any waiver of rights must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Digital Experts.
