A Nutritionist: From Zero to Consultations in a Month
Maxim Tutubalin, a psychotherapist and weight-loss nutritionist, came in with no audience and no packaged product. A month after prep work — 12 leads at $19 and the first consultations from cold traffic, growth from zero to 873 subscribers at $0.26. Plus a blog with articles that got indexed and brought the first traffic, hypothesis-driven content and the first leads.

What the client came with
Maxim Tutubalin is a psychotherapist and nutritionist who works with weight loss for women. In his own words, he "declared a personal vendetta against excess weight," and his goal is "to make proper nutrition a way of life"; his best clients lose 50–60 kilograms. He had no social media audience, no content, and no packaged product. The task was clear: quickly start out online, test the market, and find out whether it was worth digging in — whether he could quickly start earning and move fully online. We gave him the answer right at the start: first results come in three to six months. The expert didn't hear it and hoped to get a result in a month.
What we did
The first three weeks were research, audience segmentation, system setup and strategy. Over the following month: we launched a blog and published articles, set up regular hypothesis-driven content, designed the social media profiles, and in April 2025 launched subscription-focused post promotion on Instagram while building an audience on Telegram.
What came of it
A brisk start. The blog articles were indexed in time and brought the first traffic. Post promotion for the month: $230, 2,827 clicks at $0.08 each, a reach of 125,281, and 873 new subscribers at $0.26 each. The same traffic produced 12 leads — $19 each — and the first consultations began. The videos performed well: hypothesis-driven reels pulled in 10,000 to 24,000 views each. The account is still live today: https://www.instagram.com/tutubalin_coach/.

That's where the expert stopped: he saw there was still a long way to go before a stable result, and decided to shut the project down. He later admitted it himself: "You told me from the start that it would take more time, but I didn't want to hear it. You were right." The infrastructure and the audience stayed with him — the account is still live.
